In today’s evolving professional landscape, IISJ Career Guidance Cell serves as a crucial bridge between academic learning and future aspirations of our students. The primary purpose of the cell is to empower students with self-awareness, knowledge, clarity and the critical decision making skills requisite to navigate their unique career trajectories. The Cell helps students identify their innate strengths interest, aptitude and professional values early on.
To translate this vision into reality, the Cell ensures every student feels supported, motivated and equipped to envision a purposeful future. It actively organizes robust DIY life skill programmes, orientation sessions by the experts, interactive sessions with professionals and IISJ Alumni. Beyond the inspirational sessions and skill building, the Cell provides students credentials like Letter of Recommendation, Predicted Mark lists, English Proficiency Certificates…etc. for higher studies in colleges and universities.
